I had brake and rotor issues while traveling back to Florida from Missouri. I scheduled my vehicle online after being referred by O'Reilly Auto Parts. Blake and his team got my vehicle in and out in about 2 hrs. Blake gave me a worse case scenario and it ended up costing less as he didnt sell me things I didn't need. I highly recommend this service center and I'm going to make Firestone Complete Auto Care my go to place when I get back home. Thanks Blake!
Blake was very professional and nice, but it took a little over two hours for the mechanics just to get my tires replaced. And the worst part, I had a scheduled appointment! SMH..
My friend's car got serviced here (oil change) and they didn't put the oil plug back back on correctly. This resulted in her engine blowing up and they claim that it's not their fault ...
