Front desk was extremely slow about getting people check in. I waiting in the long area 43 minutes before she called me up for my copay and checked me in. But the back half was amazing. I was very sick and vomiting unable to drive and they called my husband to come get me. Put my in a room kept check on me and making sure I was ok until my husband got there to get me. They were more worried about my wellbeing then to just let me drive out and get in a wreck or something worse. To me that is everything and I would recommend this office to anyone, they are wonderful people who care.
Visited on Sunday afternoon very sick, estimated a long wait, but quickly got us in 30-45 minutes provided excellent care. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone. Even called next day to ask if I was better. Thanks to all staff

Overall I felt extremely comfortable throughout my experience at American Family Care. I was in a lot of pain at the time. Everyone from the front desk, followed by the check in, and completed with my visit with my nurse practitioner was very pleasant and caring. Owning a small business myself I was impressed how everyone their seemed to be on the same page and perform their task with a positive attitude. It matters.
Went to this place because I was having severe pain on my right side. They did tests and an x-ray guessing it may be my gallbladder. Said they were gonna make me an appointment for an ultrasound the next day, they made one and the appointment isn’t until 4 days later. Called back asking if they can prescribe something for pain to hold me until the ultrasound. Their reply was go to the ER. If you plan on coming here for anything other than a cold you’re better off just heading to the ER because that’s what they are gonna tell you. They expect you to spend thousands on an ER visits instead of actually listening to the patient. I’ve never taken anything beyond ibuprofen in my life.
