I have to edit this. I have no idea what's happened in the last couple of months here but service is sub par and the manager is not a very nice lady. On top of that prices seem to have increased terribly and employees need some refreshers on proper postal processes. When I suggested that the manager rolled her eyes at me. So yourself a favor and just go elsewhere.
Easy access and usually quick. Service can be good an bad depending on who’s working.
I had very little wait and the customer service was stellar. Easy in and out. I will be back.
I was unprepared when I came through the door. Kimberly that works there was very patient with me. After we sealed the envelope we had to reopen it. I ended up leaving my birth certificate up there and had to call up there and have them put it up. Again Kimberly was amazing! I am very pleased with the customer service there!
Great service and hardly any wait. A little play table with a couple of trucks for the kids waiting, which was so nice!
