Ordered online, got to store later that day. Only to find out the mower I ordered was out of stock. No one called me before hand. Surprise! They saved it by upgrading me to a more experience version at the same price. I would do it again just call ahead of placing my order.
Love Lowe's. But today I had to give 4 stars because there was no one around to help us to buy a blower.
During November I went to lowes to purchase a wheelbarrow and one of your employees walked up and brushed up against me...ie. if this happens again I will stand my ground...ie. you most like can check your in-store video.

I love Lowe's! But it always seem like there is never enough people to help with much of anything. I recently purchased a Oven online and the saleperson did not tell me that I needed to pay up front for someone to come out and measure my Oven space, instead the Oven was ordered and paid for and now I had to return the Oven and reorder and now I am having to wait another 2 week's before my Oven come in. We look too the professional to advise us on what to do before an order is placed.
Appliances could use some help. The one guy working would not give us the time of day. We had the dishwasher we wanted picked out, but he wouldn't even acknowledge that we were there (he was speaking with another customer about home warranties). We waited for about 20 minutes before giving up and heading to the checkout. Luckily, the cashier we went to was very helpful and went back to get his attention, but not without him berating her. She then called another associate over to help us get our dishwasher from the back and he was prompt and courteous.
