I moved to Dothan in May 2015 and stated looking for a gym. The "right fit" for me was extremely important. I did the research visiting all the gyms and when I found Fitness Advantage I knew I had found the right one. Hope Richardson has taken her love of people and fitness and combined them in a great organization. She knows everyone by name, is a fierce competitor, well trained and up on new trends who works tirelessly to help meet your goals. The classes always challenge you at any level, are never the same twice and the equipment is all the one needs. It is not a new shiny gym but well maintained, clean and comfortable one.
