They should be under criminal investigation at best and at the very least be banned from doing business at all.

The Agent working here is second to non and truly defines the term professional. Every time I come to make a payment the entire staff are more than eager to help and are always so chipper and conduct themselves with a sense of confidence that truly put my insurance worries to rest. I have been coming to this office for several years and just last year it took a drastic change for the better. If you are looking for a insurance company to just rush you off of the phone or out of the office, keep looking this is not one of those stores. They take the time to ensure every need is met and do so consistently.
