Not very knowledable about bankruptcy or is only interested in himself. People are friendly enough but I did not want a friend. I wanted knowledgeable advice. I was told only way to take chapter 13 bankruptcy was to use a 36 month plan. I went to Raphael Gill an attorney that was very knowledgeable and suggested a 60 month plan. This was very beneficial for me. Mr Brock does not want to wait 60 to get his fee. That was what the 36 month was about!! Again I recommend Raphael Gill.
Ms. Jessica helped me tremendously! If you are in need of an attorney with an amazing staff please use Brock & Stout. Mr. Brock will talk to you like you are his family not just a client. I was put at ease about my situation and they answered ALL my questions even if I thought my questions were silly. I was amazed with the kindness and professionalism of all the staff i encountered.
They have been so friendly to me. Very prompt on return calls and all other interactions have been very smooth. I'm very grateful for the services they have provided for me and I would strongly suggest them to family and friends in need of these services.
Was notified today by one of the staff members that's been handling my disability case that it will be 34 months before I get to have a hearing on my case. I have had two major surgeries on neck and lower back, hospitalized for attempting suicide, along with other major illness. I have 9 disc that have been fixed and replaced. I been diagnosed with degenerative back disease as well. I have had several different case workers so I don't get a chance to work with the same person or build any type of trust with. I was informed that their are thousands and thousands of cases before me and mine case was not immediately in need of attention. I have always worked and I have given up everything, my home, my vehicle, my career, everything. I live in a garage storage unit about 5x8. No insurance, no money. Nothing! They told me I need to continue to see my doctors. I explained to them That both back surgery doctors have relocated to other hospitals not in my reach. I also do not have any health insurance or money. They insisted I go anyway, but where???? I drove a truck for many years and made a good living and enjoyed my freedom and life. Why would I give all that up to live in hell. No compassion or concern from them. All I was told is they would call me in two years when It was time to for hearing. I did not expect this to happen to me or want this to happen to me at 40 years old, but it's the cards I have been dealt. I wish they understood where I'm coming from but I don't think that my case is there concern. At a lose on what to do and I'm at the end of things. This conversation with them today just confirmed that I need to prepare myself for the next chapter of my life. I have lost it alll due to my health and I got hammered today for being disabled.
Compassionate and understanding when people really need it. The entire staff (except for 1 person whose body language indicated some judgment) is helpful and makes a difficult time in life a little more bearable.
