I am always satisfied with the service and quality of food at Firehouse subs.
The staff was great tonight 11/09/17. They didn't make sandwich the way I order it. They didn't just made me the correct sandwich but they let me take home the wrong sandwich. I hate when they just take back the wrong sandwich and throw it away to many hungry people in this world for that.
Good subs , and the service were good they welcome u as u enter the door.
Showed up at 835 PM and ordered subs, 25 mins prior to the published closing time. The staff was obviously upset we came this close to closing. No one acknowledged us for a few minutes and immediately after we ordered, one staff member told the other to lock the door (about 845, 15 mins prior to closing). We felt extremely bothersome so we asked for our subs to go. Don't plan to patronize this or any Firehouse again.
