We have used Jeffers for years. Their personal brand products are excellent for use with our Randall Cattle and Mulefoot Hogs. Just recently we had a mix up that caused me to call customer support. We had a shipment split in two and one box went awry. The two people we worked with were very polite, and helpful. We got our account sorted out, and the right package on the way. Good Products, Better People. I am a satisfied long term customer and intend to stay that way.
Friendly, courteous, and helpful staff. Thousands of pet products are available for a great price. If it is not in the store, they can probably get it from their website. Always low prices.
Bought 2 horse blankets. They ripped the 1st day called and asked what the return policy was they stated at 1st if we bought them from the barn there was a no return. However she said she would double check. She said yes they would honor the return. Went to the store a few days later. The Girl working gave us a hard.time saying there was no way to pull up the imformation. I explaoned.to her what the lady said.to.do if they had a problem to pull the information on the computer, again she argued that no one could pull it up. I asked her to try she got mad, she pulled it up by our last name. Then she said she had to pull the receipt from the back so.we waited another 25 minutes. She came back after that said they couldn't return them due to they were ripped! I explained that was the reason we were returning them as they ripped the same day we put them on!!! Beware on returns or exchanges here! Will never return here again!!!!!
These people are so wonderful. They stayed and waited 10 minutes after closing for my Girlfriend and I to come and return 2 items because I wouldn't have been able to get back there at a later date because I don't live in the area. I was so impressed by all the people there and the selection of things they have for pet is second to none and their prices are great compared to the other big chain pet places. Thanks so much and while I probably wont be visiting the location because of where I live I will order from Jeffers Pet online for everything I need for my cat and dogs. Thanks again!!!
Great selection. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Prices are good. Helps to be able to look on line before going in.
