I was subbing at Mrs. Wrights school and she told me to come out into the hall and said " you can go home, we don't need your services at our school!" I was completely shocked! I have subbed for all the Dothan City Schools and been told I'm a great teacher / person and always get called back. I didn't do one thing for that principal to to do that to me. I have a teacher witness that knows that. I was discriminated against for what reason I have no idea. I think she's not friendly nor does she speak a simple hello The sweet teachers at that school I feel sorry for having to work with a lady principal that has no kindness.
Horrible
Faine Elementary School is led by a truly caring and well respected Principal. Mrs. Wright sets the right example for her staff and the students. As a former pupil of the school when it was named Stringer Street, the legacy of GREAT ADMINISTRATORS lives on with Mrs. Wright and the AWESOME Staff of wonderful teachers. Thank you all for educating our future leaders and for being exceptional mentors!!!
