It was clean and personalities were great, but the massages we could have had my granddaughter do.
Had the best couples massage here. Was both of ours first time. Will definitely do it again.
Not enough quality therapist. Really hard to get something scheduled even a week in advance. The best therapist do not stay here long.

I had a massage on 10/2/17 I had saw decent reviews and decided to go here because I am pregnant and needed some relief for my achy lower back and tender feet. Like most massage centers the front desk staff was friendly and very inviting. I filled out my forms putting special emphasis on my needs and desires for my massage. I got a 90 minute facial and a 90 minute massage. I must note I am a Big Girl but I like medium pressure which is simple.My therapist came to get me and she was a very petite small woman with little hands. That did not matter because I have had over 100 massages and ladies with little hands usually get in certain spots better! Today that was not the case or even close. I asked her to spend extra time on my feet and lower back and glutes. I let her know i did not need the top of my back done because my lower region was achy. This therapist acted as if she did not want to touch me. her hands were so light on my body I could barely feel her hands. It felt like she was massaging me with the finger tips very lightly. I asked several time can you apply more pressure and it remained the same light barely there pressure. Another issue was she massaged me with the sheet on me i have NEVER had that done. That really let me know she did not want to touch me. and then she spent over half of my 90 minutes on my upper back and about 20 minutes if that on my lower half and about not even 2 minutes on my feet where I begged her to spend more.I then asked her if she could massage my arms and hands she responded oh no the esthitician will do that I was blown away! I would love to speak to the manager because for the money I paid i felt like i was ripped off and cut short.As for my facial therapist Stephanie honey she BLEW ME AWAY!!!! I would have paid triple to keep her the whole time! she truly enjoys what she does and my face feels like butter!!
