We have dined here quite a few times at Outback in Dothan The steaks are cooked to perfection and service is good. Our last visit the waitress was very nice. A small incident where the french onion soup was suppose to be served first didn't come until almost eating the entire entree. So the manager stopped by and apologies as well as the waitress. It's a minor thing and had a small effect on our evening out.
We had a slight incident with another costumer who left their animal in the car with the windows up, occur on our visit. The management and our wonderful waiter T we're great. They were very attentive and helped make my wife (who is pregnant) feel comfortable . Service was excellent and we are grateful to the staff. We will definitely be back!
Friendly service (but slow). As any typical Outback, food was decent. Waitress was nice enough to ask chef for vegan options.
My service was poor. I ordered the all you can eat shrimp. I received 6 very small shrimp in a bitter sauce and the server never came back with my anything more until everyone was finished eating and we were ready to leave. Management was snide toward me and as I’m walking out the door he asked if I wanted a free meal. I only wanted what I paid for. This location needs new management. Worst Outback I’ve ever visited. Same experience 3 times, I won’t go back.
Sep. 8th, we had a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. We all ordered at the same time, but only one-half of the orders came out. When these were almost finished eating, the other half came out. We asked the server why and a manager came to our table to explain. He said the kitchen employees liked this way. The food was good but no one likes to sit and watch other parties eat. This has happened once before. Not a good way to do business. Our waiter was excellent.
