Best steak I've had in a long time. Large portions. Reasonable prices.
Normally, I love Texas Roadhouse. But this last time I had Kyle as a waiter, he ruined our dinner. The food was wonderful and the steak was done right and tasted great. Waiter took our order then we didn't really see him until another waitress brought our meal. Did not see our combo appetizer but the waitress said she would take it off even If we got it. Kyle walked up at that moment with the appetizer. We took it because we wanted to try the different items, he said nothing other than meal made it out first. Waitress said don't worry, the appetizer will be taken off, Kyle said ok. Later, we had to almost trip Kyle to get to go boxes. He brought boxes and the bill, which still had appetizer on it. I decided I would pay for it anyway to save the aggravation, but he never brought back the receipt or change, waited 15 minutes, they were not that busy, I even saw him walk between the back room and bar several times. Food great, service was not.
Delicious steak! The shrimp n fixin's were just as good. Nice Server and seated fast.
Service and food are top notch! Tiffany is an attentive and friendly server! So glad they serve the Honey French dressing!
Every visit so far has been exceptional. Great food and service from the waitresses. The only complaint would be the wait times, so i just avoid it when they are extremely busy.
