Had my new Volvo truck worked on for the second time in 3 day for different reasons. Less than a week later, it needs to go back again. However, everyone was pleasant, and they got me out quickly. I don't believe the mechanical problems are their fault. I am starting to think I got a lemon.
The service department is always professional, friendly and willing to help. Was not able to fix my problem, but it's not the shops fault, it is a problem from GM...
When I picked my truck up on 08/08/16, I only made it to Rehobeth on the way Graceville. When I called the service dept back, they were awesome. Jordan is the one that helped me and spoke with me on the phone. He asked if I needed road side assistance or if I thought I could make it home. I told him that I was close enough to make it home. He gave me the service managers cell phone number in case I needed to contact him after hours to get some help. They offered to pick up my truck from my house to take it back to the dealership to be fixed and dropped off a car at my work for me to drive until they figure out what is wrong with my truck. Although I am sad that my truck is not fixed yet, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
