Tim was excellent at giving us the whole tour of the car, just great filling us in, and got us right where we wanted to be for price. He even helped fix our other Honda! Robert was great at getting our financing done quick & with ease. No surprise fees or extra out of state charges later. They were very professional and friendly but made us feel at home. Won't ever buy a Honda again. Pick any other brand. Local dealership was responsive but the level of customer support and professionalism at the Honda office is pitiful.
Never have I had an gentleman raise his voice at me especially an owner of a dealership. I will not be talked to like an idiot. I drove 45 minutes due to the owner telling me on the phone a price out the door and when I got to the dealership it was $11,000 more
