Sherry and Tina (and the person who cleans and checks the rentals after they have been returned) went out of their way to help recover what my better half left in the rental. They never lost patience with us, they were very understanding. If We are ever back to Dothan, We will definitely use Avis again. Thank you Avis for employing such stellar and outstanding employees! Amazing customer service! Our flight wasn't scheduled to arrive at Dothan airport until 7:55 PM... and this Avis location closes at 8:00 PM. The Avis representative reassured me the day before she had our flight information and would wait for us past their 8:00 PM closing time if our flight was delayed. When we arrived just after 8:00 she greeted us by name and had us out the door in minutes. AWESOME "above and beyond" customer service. True Southern hospitality at its best!
