Friendly staff. Quick pickup. Everything went smoothly. Great car.
Staff is friendly, but the parking lot... Small. Inventory... Small. I hear a good bit of "they are out of rentals" This location is the size of a location from up North... The difference? Dothan has 50k+ population. Get more vehicles and relocate please!

Renter beware!! I rented a car from the 2443 Montgomery Hwy, Dothan, AL, 36303. I was blocked from ever renting a car from Enterprise. I would rent 3 weeks at a time. The last time on my trip in June-2017, I had to get my son to drive it to the Dothan office. I was told I had to come to work right away, or I would lose my job. I called the Dothan office to tell them and they said no problem. I have called the Dothan and Enterprise rent a car 3 times each. Each time on the Enterprise rent a car, they would tell me that they would have the Dothan office call me. They said they would get this escalated and an agreement settled. I told them I would work with them anyway I can. I spoke to the Dothan office only once, they said they would have a manager call me. Which never happened even though I have called at least 2 more times. They took my drivers license and my credit card though on the first call. They will promise you anything to get the information and block you from your account. I had enough points to get almost a weeks free rental. That is probably why they blocked my account also. I know they will not post this post, but I will keep posting this at least that one person will know not to rent from them.
Need to know everything. Have to bring in light bill. Phone bill. Make sure you are not past due on any of your bills you bring in. Or you won't rent from them.
I reserved a SUV about 5 days prior to arrival, a very nice Acadia was awaiting. Staff was professional, they picked me up and when I returned the car a few days later they dropped me off. I’m a happy customer and I highly recommend, all the way around, a very professional atmosphere!!
