Excellent Customer Service. Every time I go to the shop I am greeted and treated fairly. These guys are always there to assist me with any questions I have about my car. Being a full time student and employee, having a reliable vehicle to depend on is necessary and I am glad that I have Pepboys there to keep me on the right track from oil changes to tires! I recommend this location to all my family and friends!
Took my used truck to Pep Boys to get my air conditioner fixed on a newly purchased used truck. They quoted me a price over the phone. After the manager did some checking he found the problem which was a minor fix and was way cheaper than I even thought and was quoted. He could have told me anything.but was honest I was very happy and my air works great now Wish I gotten the managers name he was great. Thanks Pap Boys
