Put wrong length inner tire rod on my truck, wouldn’t even give them one star if it’d let me. Truck was back out of alignment within a few days. Waste of $200. Took getting brand new tires to figure out what had been done and now after spending $1400 on new tires I’ve got to go find an honest shop to fix the rod issue that should have been fixed by them in the first place. Suppose they were just lazy and didn’t want to take the lift into consideration so they just used a standard length rod and didn’t call me or anything to ask if I’d like to wait for the correct part. So assuming gets you a one star review.
Full of Alabama themed furniture and autographed equipment, you might feel unwelcome as a fan of any other SEC team. However, they've been more than helpful each time I've been there and don't seem to try and take advantage of people who might not be very handy with cars. It was also great to buy the parts cheaper than Firestone wanted for them and bring them into here and just pay for labor. Check ahead to make sure they'll do that for whatever your specific need is.
Extremely professional. Owner is on property daily, all work performed very high-quality. The staff cares about getting it right and in making sure you leave knowing that they will provide continued support well after the sale.
