These guys really know what they are doing! The shop is setup very well, nice waiting area, they have the capability to shuttle you nearby if necessary. They warranty their work, so they may not be the cheapest around, but you have peace of mind and they do it right the first time! If you aren't sure, you can always bring it in and get an estimate!
Really nice and professional people! I went to several mechanics around Dothan, but Techway was the cleanest, friendliest, and had very competitive pricing. Very straightforward and honest about my car, didn't do anything extra/unnecessary to it that I wasn't expecting.
They did some brake work on my motorhome a couple months ago. I was there for a couple days..Justin and his team did a fantastic job. Very courteous and friendly staff. I couldn't have ask for a better experience. Customer service was above and beyond my expectations.

My fixes took two days to complete. They let me know what services would be performed, double checked that I accepted it, and worked very quickly while also asking how it felt driving in between the two days.
Staff at Techway are very customer oriented, and will take as much time as necessary to explains any repair work. In the event something unexpected should arise during the cursory inspections they routinely perform, they will contact me and explain their findings, allowing me to make the decision whether or not to proceed at that time. Should something not be correct upon delivery of vehicle, they do a great job of making it right. I have been using Techway for several years now, am thoroughly satisfied, and have even recommended them to several of my friends. To date, I have not been told that these friend were less than satisfied. One lady is very skeptical of repair shops, having been taken advantage of in the past. I assured her that Techway would be fair, which they were. They even had to keep her vehicle longer than expected to adequately identify an intermittent electrical malfunction. This was several months ago and she is still happy with the work performed. She said it was money well spent.
