The worst place I've ever encountered and witnessed the worst car fraud (not my car btw) awful, will NEVER EVER go there. Horrific. They shouldn't have those peanut statues because it gives the city a bad name. Stay away you have been warned. Thiefs. And fraud. Don't go by their guarantee by even half a mile..no pun intended. Car worse than when it got there. 3 times. I still feel bad for my friend its crooked...so bad
Recently moved to Enterprise and we still make the trip to Dothan to go see the staff at Tuffys when our vehicles need servicing. They are always so friendly and offer fair, reliable service time and time again. Highly recommended for your all your oil change and auto service needs!
Took a longer them I thought it should to put a tire on but they did a good job. Not a baf price either.
I have all of my vehicles serviced here. I have a 2008 Chevrolet that I use to do home health visits. Tom, Seth, David and all the guys have kept me on the road and safe for the last 6 years. That Chevrolet is over 300,000 miles now!!! This place is great. They guys are friendly, honest and know that my vehicle is my livelihood. Tom always makes sure to talk with me about what the car needs at the time and what I can keep an eye on and address my next time at the shop. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have tuffy to trust my car and pocketbook with!!
