Took it to my old mechanic - told me $2500. Something sounded wrong about that number. On recommendation I took it here. Fixed it. Less than $300.
Friendly and fast. These guys got my son's truck fixed up just for the cost of the first hour of labor. They could take advantage, but they won't because they want you to come back. They won me over, so I'll be back if I need them.
Absolutely HORRIBLE. Dont go to these racists pricks.... I had 20k cash in audio i wanted to put in 3 cars and asked about window tinting. These clowns completely shunned me out and made me feel like it was the 1950's. I understand this is Alabama and a lot of people are racist... But obviously skin color means more than green around here. You people are pathetic and Im glaaaaaaad i seen the true colors before doing business. I made sure i went out my way and gave them a piece of my mind. DONT DO BUSINESS HERE... Maybr if you are apart of the Klan the yes, but if you dont support RACISTS AS$HOLES, DONT COME HERE!?!

This is the third time I've used Westside Auto Service Center, and I feel incredibly secure, safe, and satisfied with their work. While one visit was for a standard oil change, the other 2 visits involved what the mechanics originally thought might be major repairs. After working on my vehicle, they discovered that the repairs would cost significantly less than originally expected. To be honest, I would have never known or suspected the difference. I'm a single female special education teacher--not a mechanic. They could have really taken advantage of me. Additionally, they stayed with me and my daughter until a ride could pick me up and take me home--after business hours. They showed concern for my safety (a joint that could have flipped my car) and for the weather conditions (my car stopped in the entrance and they encouraged me to sit down and cool off while they took care of pushing it into the lot). For friendly, honest, personable, and truly expert mechanics, choose Westside Auto Service Center. I have no future plans of using anyone else.
