you can find good deals on certain things periodically. For what you're buying (you're basically picking over bulk lots of overstock/refused items that were purchased for pennies on the dollar) they are way overpriced on many things. You'll find your best savings on food items like coffee and snacks, cook ware, socks and underwear
I can usually find some nice Le Creuzet ceramic dishes here.
