Ridiculous. Went to go get ba Walmart with a Walmart gift card on my phone. Wanted the real thing you know. Makes it easier to gift and for checking out. Three different ones look at me like I'm from another world. I can't buy a gift card with a Walmart gift card. Said she would lose money. What a bunch of idiots. Did not wait for store manager. OMG like don't go to this one. No issues ever anywhere
Staff is rude and obnoxious! I had a legitimate return WITH MY RECEIPT! Associate was too busy knowing everything, and instead of listening to me when I told her the method of payment on the receipt was a temporary gift card which I no longer had, she completed the transaction leaving me with no refund and no product! Store manager was condescending and rude. Do not use this location!!
It's a Walmart, so don't expect much as far as customer service. The restroom is clean if you happen to shop on a day when they have cleaning staff scheduled. They try to get by on bare bones staff I guess to insure that the managers get their bonus. Employees are not at all outgoing.
Today wasn't too bad. Only took 20 minutes waiting in line but the last and many of my visits take as much as an hour to an hour and a half. This is after I have called prescriptions in at least 2 days before. If it weren't for the affordable insulin, I would definitely trade elsewhere. Employees are friendly and polite but can't understand why it takes sooo long. The last visit took an hour and half, there was about 6 or 8 customers just like me. Had called in advance and were still waiting after I was finished. We all were mad and very exhausted.
Love the atmosphere and the variety of merchandise. I also order online now and go pick it up and it's convenient and no line. YAY!
