Cannot get in contact with the Dothan clinic. Trying to find out if the clinic is closed, like all of the other medical services in Dothan are, because of Irma. Still no answer. There is no info on leaving an email, text or message at the Dothan office. After hours calls seem to go to their hospital. They charge a $25 "no show fee" which I will absolutely refuse to pay. Every Dr. I have dealt with normally has their office call a day or two early to remind you of your appointment......NOT THESE FOLKS !!!!!!!!!
The doctors and staff at Hughston Clinic exceeded my expectations at every turn. Very professional and caring. I HIGHLY recommend them.
I have called every day for the last 4 days to set up an appointment with an orthopedist and have been sent to a voice messaging machine every time. I have left a message every day and still received no response to set up an appointment.
Very satisfied with Dr. Paul but having difficulty getting MRI results. IMHO Hughston clinic could do a better job answering and routing calls. Take some lessons from Emory Atlanta.
