Made appt for highlights, but unfortunately, I had to cancel on the same day as my appt. I was expecting an attitude, but instead, was treated extremely well! That's unusual! Very pleasant customer service.

Had a wonderful experience. My hairdresser was Shelby and she was very professional and nice. My hair looks awesome!!! Definitely going back to see her again!!!!
