I was not impressed at all with this location. I visited Sephora many times when I lived in Kansas, and their service was amazing. I went in the Dothan location to buy Smashbox foundation. I needed help with matching my color. The girl working skipped over me, not once, but twice. I ended up just leaving and going to buy it at Ulta. Ulta employees helped me right away. I did end up missing out on my birthday gift from Sephora also because of their lack of employees and lack of customer service in general. I will not return to this location.
Last time I went in there, there was only one girl working. But she done a great job and helped me find a conclear.
Very helpful team member. Stoped what she was doing to help me find the right makeup!
