This is the rudest office I've ever dealt with.
Rudest, least helpful people I have ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with. No care whatsoever for the fathers having to go through these people. They have no method of record keeping and don't know their asses from a hole in the ground.
Staff is so helpful and passionate about their work! Keep these folks in your prayers.
