While I was writing this, I watched a family come in to pick up a truck. The lady in the office walked to the door behind the counter, looked at the family and without greeting them shut the door. A few minutes later a different woman came out, ignored them, told me my truck was almost ready, then told the other family their truck wasn't even here.
She'll never see my business again as long as I live!!! Hopefully this will help someone to not make the same mistake I made.
I made a reservation for a truck weeks ago. I was told the truck would be ready at 8:00am on 1 Oct. I arrived around 8:15 to pick up the truck only to be told not only was the truck not ready for me, it needed an oil change and a new fuel filter. The lady at the counter then acted like we were lucky to even have a truck at all. My options were then presented as waiting an hour for someone to change the oil and fuel filter or take the truck without changing it with the added adventure of "the truck may not make it though."
Wouldn't recommend them
Plain and simple, Shannon promised me a truck. The day I arrive she tells me she doesn't have one for me. She made no effort to fix the situation and couldn't have cared less that she put me in a bind.

I've now been sitting here for over 2 hours and just watched as the "mechanic" came out here where I'm waiting to receive a delivery of filters and oil. Which means for the hour and a half I've been sitting here, nothing had been accomplished.
