I was sitting in the kitchen. No knock, no ringing of the bell. I have 4 dogs and they go nuts if anyone knocks or rings. No sound out of any. Walk out to a door tag on my front door. It's a package I have to sign for. Definitely driver did not at all attempt to ring or knock, just left a tag and kept going. I was definitely home and awake and available at the time listed on the tag.
Up til today, I would have given them 5 stars!!! My regular delivery man always rings doorbell and then puts boxes on my patio!!! Others have rang bell and left boxes by garage door, everyone has been a 4 star or 5 star service!!!!
But TODAY, there was NO ring of the doorbell, and when I looked out,,,,,there was 5 large heavy boxes in the MIDDLE OF MY DRIVEWAY!!!!!!! There is a wheelchair ramp at our front door, so ANYONE would know that SOMEONE here is in a wheelchair!!!! My husband is a disabled veteran, and I am also disabled!!! So WHY would a delivery man put boxes in the MIDDLE of a LONG 100+ ft driveway!?!?!? I took pics and plan to file a complaint!!!! And to top it off, an email said it was "delivered at front door", a BALL-FACED LIE!!!! I am just LIVID and plan to do what I can to see WHOEVER did this, is FIRED!!!!! They DON'T DESERVE a job!!!! TODAY dont even deserve ONE star!!!!!!!
I sit outside and watch my kids play, we live on a 3-way stop in residential housing on Fort Rucker. Your drivers never stop, they roll right through. I have yelled several times at their passing vehicles that there was a stop sign. There are kids everywhere, I get you need to make deliveries but slow the hell down!
Bad delivery service. I had an issue with their delivery the last three times I encountered them.
I am a breastfeeding mother, waiting for my breastfeeding supplies. My package requires a signature. I've been putting off plans to leave the house so I can be home for the package. One day TWO slips were left behind on my door, because supposedly I wasn't home two days in a row. I was 100% home, awake, and have a very loud Weimaraner who barks at any knock or ringing of the doorbell. Now I have to drive an hour (2 round trip) out of my way with a toddler and newborn to pick up breastfeeding supplies. Someone isn't doing their job. For future packages I'm going to try to avoid using FedEx at all costs.
