I ordered my sons 16th birthday present, guaranteed to be here on Wednesday...... find out Wednesday it’ll be delivered by the following Tuesday. Then on Friday UPS says it’s out for delivery, never got it. I get up Saturday morning and it says it’ll be delivered on Monday. So I call for the second time this time I talk to a human. I’m informed my sons gift is sitting at the UPS facility here in town, but can’t be delivered til Monday. I offered to go get it... can’t do that cause their closed today. I asked don’t they deliver on Saturday, so someone will be their, right? Yes but No, no one is their. Was the response. So at this point I have been extremely upset even cried a little. I’m very disappointed in our local UPS......Dothan, AL
Had a package that had to be signed for, and I was able to run in and run out after hours to pick it up. Everyone was friendly and it was awesome to see how they pack the trucks at night for deliveries! Our UPS delivery guys are soooo nice! Eddie is our long time favorite!
I must say that my experience was most definitely a pleasurable one. The staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My experience could not have been any better.
came by after hours to drop a package, their box did not close right and there were at least 4 packages that i could've pulled out easily. i will not leave anything here in this ridiculously unsecure box
the staff hear is great very helpful unlike the ups store on the circle those folks are rude
