I have to agree with the previous ratings. The owner of this company is beyond ruthless. She will throw a family in a difficult financial situation under the bus in a heartbeat! She did the same thing to my family...lied about a problem with a brother and sister sharing a room, made me feel that I needed to find us a new place to live, and then once I found a new place, she threatened to take me to court! When I confronted her about what she said, she backtracked on me and said it was just a misunderstanding. Well, telling me to hide my children from the neighbors because it was such a "risk" for her company to rent to us is no misunderstanding. Now I'm stuck here until we can find a legal way out, but I'm not holding my breath. After talking to other realtors and brokers in the area, I've come to the conclusion that she's pretty calculated and makes it impossible to find her in violation in any way of the lease. She's unethical, unprofessional, and ruthless. If it's true what they say about Karma, I'd hate to be her!
