Donnie is the hardest working Man that I know. When the weather got cold he would go turn the water off and crack the valves of the house we had listed with him. He was always thinking of new ways to increase interest in Moms dated house. A mistake was made by the closing attorney that caused Donnie to be shorted $500 dollars on his commission. When it was discovered, he would not take payment for it. Said he'd rather Mom have it to help with her nursing home expenses. They don't get any better than this guy.
I've been renting since I was 21. And I just can't forget the blessing and the surprise it was to receive a Christmas card from my rental company. It really put a smile on my face. I really love the home I live it. It's up to date and lacking nothing. Anytime I have needed work done they where right there. Thank you Mr. Wells and company!
