Owner lost my shoes and continually assured me that he would find them. After three months I had to demand my money back but got no reimbursement for my shoes. I have lots of friends who had the same experience. I'm not sure how he stays in business.

Not sure about the bad reviews. I have been numerous times. Always great quality service. Mr. Oscar has a great personality. Always enjoy talking to him.
Check the web site for hours of operation. Says 24 hours Monday, Tuesday so I drive from work to get some repairs done. I pull up and despite the sign saying it's open it's CLOSED at 7:30 pm. Not happy....
I have used this business numerous times to repair by dress shoes, always had a good experience, shoes were repaired in a timely manner and price has always been good.
