My wife and I recently purchased a 2018 Camry from Toyota of Dothan. We were assisted by Caleb Cruise. Caleb was professional, extremely well informed on the Toyota line, and listened carefully to our needs and expectations.Caleb patiently explained every type of Toyota, options and performance factors as he guided us to an informed and pressure free decision. We selected the Camry and could not be more satisfied. While I would not call my wife and I elderly, we really appreciated Caleb going the extra mile and assisting us with setting up our phone and navigation apps as well as the garage door opener. I have never driven a car off the lot feeling better prepared to enjoy my new car and all of its features. Caleb set the standard for my expectations for Toyota of Dothan and they have not disappointed. Had my car in today for the 5,000 mile maintenance check and the service was outstanding.
Toyota of Dothan is well organized and presents spectacular professionalism with extending care to the consumer and their family. I was assisted by Josh Hernandez and this gentlemen showed tremendous effort in placing me in the right vehicle for me. The respect he showed to me I appreciated. My experience here was enjoyable and I will be back soon to also service my vehicle.
Had a great experience. Scott Wilson was super courteous and professional. After all the paperwork he took the time to show us around & even explained how to set things up in my new 4Runner. Can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone was super nice & made purchasing a new car easy and enjoyable. Will definitely recommend Toyota of Dothan to all my friends and family!
I would give less than 1 star if I could. This is my honest experience with this pitiful excuse for a car dealership. I went in with extremely low expectations. They started off with the usual conman-like rhetoric and scheming ways, but as they started to realize that I was happy to walk right across the street or go to another dealership, they toned it down somewhat. I assured them that there was not going to be any special "fees" paid on my part if i purchased a vehicle from them and that I was not going to be susceptible to any kind of double talk or games as I had been subject to years ago. I shouldn't have been surprised. To make a long story short, after I declared that I wanted to think about a vehicle that I test drove by the salesman (nice, younger lady, which was the only somewhat positive experience of the whole venture), I was hit with an ultimatum phone call by "Mr. Manager" stating that if I chose to think about the purchase rather than coming down right away and signing off on the vehicle that they would be forced to sell the vehicle to someone else. I replied that I was more than happy to help them sell the vehicle to the other party and that I didn't respond well to ultimatums and happy to watch the vehicle go. He hung up and then called me back about 5 minutes later and apologized, but it was too late. He then tried to reassure me that he in fact treated me like a customer but really he was just angry that I called him out on his little tactics and he hung up angrily. I'm sure that these tactics probably work on others and even warned the salesman that this was probably going to happen, unfortunately, she didn't believe me. She was a new employee and probably was unaware of the kind of people she was working alongside. Oh well, I'm actually purchasing a new vehicle in a couple months and will be glad to do it from another dealership. This experience will probably end up costing Toyota of Dothan many, many sales in the future as I've been sure to tell everyone I possibly can about my experience. Sometimes you beat people at their own games and call them out about it and apparently, they don't like it very much.
Everyone at Toyota of Dothan was so nice and helpful, but I have to say that Donna was probably the nicest salesperson I have ever had the good luck to meet. No pressure, very informative and I just feel like I have met a new friend. If your looking for a vehicle go see Donna.
