I recently bought a pair of bottoms and a matching top, but the top was sold out at the store so the employee ordered it for me online. I paid for it. And it never came in and I was not notified the order had been cancelled. I lost my money and now do not have my top. Very upset.
If I could give this place less than one star, I would. I came in the store today and was greeted with a skinny blonde woman who worked there. After conversating over that I was looking for a certain pair of jeans and that they didn’t have them anymore, I proceeded to try and find another pair that they had in stock to buy. After having no luck in the dressing room, the same blonde lady asked why nothing was working and if i “was on my period”, in which I could not BELIEVE her question and could not even begin to fathom why she would ask a complete stranger such a question. I was highly offended and very upset. I left shortly after, and I will never ever go back to this American eagle.
Very rude customers and service. I will never shop there again.
I've always had a pleasant visit when I shop here. All the store employees are always helpful to me and my grandkids.
I walked in the store today to just look around. I was greeted with a friendly hello and was asked if i needed any help finding anything. I said no. The entrance of the store was clean and bright. But then the rear portion of the store. It looked like a bomb had gone off. There was merchandise off hooks on the floor. Clothes were just thrown back on the shelf without being folded and looked like my closet from high school. Would not shop here anymore. Id say walmart clothing section was better than the entire store
