My daughter and I went in to return some items that I ordered online. The dress was too big and I didn't like the accessory that I bought with it. The lady who waited on us was absolutely wonderful. She was a new employee but she was extremely helpful. The dress I brought in was an online only item but with her help I was able to walk out with a great date outfit. Thank you so much.
To busy gossiping to help me! Around Christmas time I received an email about a sale, I entered the store and asked an associate for help; she was too busy talking to help and just motioned and told me to read the signs. Then she and her associates were laughing and joking so loud it sounded more like a bar at happy hour then a professional establishment. Very disrespectful, very discourteous, very disappointing. I use to love Lane Bryant but since the Dothan branch began hiring from only one race of associates and not diversifying their staff the service has not only dropped it has plummeted.
Went there today and the associates were very friendly, professional also very helpful! Was able to find the perfect pair of slacks to wear to work.
Looks like I'll be leaving and won't be getting what I needed.
We've been standing outside for a while waiting for them to open. They're supposed to open at 10 (as per hours stated on the door), but they're not opening and no one is answering the phone.
Love this place. I'm addicted to Lane Bryant. Really, I am I've been in Lane Bryant like 3 r 4 times in the past 1 1/2 week. Love the clearance and BOGO sales
