Everything men need to look their best all under one roof. Prices are a little high but if you catch a sale its worth the drive.

While my sales lady was very helpful, as was the person that helped me when I picked up my suit the next day, there was an incident when I initially was in the store making the purchase. A group of men came in that had a wedding the next day and said a Men's Wearhouse in Georgia had sent his pants to the Dothan location for the wedding the next day but they weren't there. Instead of helping the gentleman, the sales associate kept saying that "This isn't the store that messed up." It's a Men's Wearhouse! It is the store that messed up. Not very good customer service for them.
Like someone else stated the selection is limited. Service was pretty good but a bit hurried. They were very busy. I almost felt herded. Maybe it was me. I don't like clothes shopping. So being neutral on this place is probably a plus.
The absolute worse customer service I've ever encountered.. At the very least, left something to be desired.. Would not recommend
I went in and had a great experience with the sales lady that helped me (I can't remember her name). Very attentive and helpful. I ended up getting 2 suits (buy 1 get 1), a pair of shoes, 3 shirts and 3 ties. I had the jacket and pants altered and was ready for pickup the next day at a time earlier than what I had asked for.
I almost did not go to Men's Wearhouse due to the reviews on here. Most of them were customer service based, and I said what the heck. I'll give them a try. Whats the worst that could happen. I'm glad I went!
