Very rude lady in there tonight working by herself and told it would be an hour and a half wait just to get a print out of my bill! Already sick and tired of calling at&t's corporate because of bad service and so I thought maybe an appearance in person would be more effective but unfortunately I was wrong.
Been to a lot of att store across the country and if I lived close to this one full time I would switch to Verizon or T-Mobile. The staff is absolutely worthless. Been there a couple times and none of them could help me with any problems I’ve had. A authorized retailer knows more about att than these idiots
Have always been treated excellently here by the staff. Best phone store I've ever seen.
Waisted my time. Forgot to do the cedit checks till the very end and then jacked up the price and deposit just as we were about to buy. Do credit checks first and don't tell customers one price for an hour and then jack the price up by hundreds of dollars just as they are about to pay.
Quick, & slightly helpful. Clean store, decent amount of working devices to try out.
