After around 6 hours with no return call, I called Sprint again. After the customer service representative transferred me to a supervisor, I was told that I would receive a call back from "the back office" (a higher management) in the next three business days. Between these first two calls with Sprint, I spent almost 3 hours on the phone.
Sprint needs to honor the fee their checkout page and subsequent receipts generated instead of hiding behind some fine print charging a hidden fee that doubles what my monthly bill should have been!
Upon checking my first month's bill, I was SHOCKED to see that my monthly bill was $86. Sprint placed a monthly recurring $50 charge on my bill for not having a phone line with Sprint. This charge was not disclosed at the checkout page or initial receipts. I called Sprint on October 1st. Consequently, I was told I would receive a call back from the first supervisor I spoke with.
Great store employees and management been with sprint since "2005" !
About three weeks ago I purchased an iPad Mini 4 with Sprint, coupled with their unlimited data plan. Upon checkout, the website told me that my monthly bill would be $38.75 for the first year, then would increase to $52.09 for another 12 months. I received an email from Sprint confirming these monthly rates immediately after checkout.
It's extremely frustrating I've had so much time wasted by Sprint just to have them give me the 'run around' and continue to charge me more than double what I was told my bill would be. Additionally, it's disheartening that this level of callousness and willingness to simply ignore a customer exists at Sprint.
Alas, a week goes by and I still had not received a call back from a manager. So, again, I reached out to Sprint: this time via chat [7OCT]. He informed me that his manager would call me call me the next day. Today, I actually had a Sprint representative call me back. Over the course of my 1.5 hour phone call I was transferred to 4 to 5 different people who all continued the 'run around' that Sprint has given me since the beginning of this interaction or tried to sell me more products without remedying my initial problem!

It was a complicated transition moving information from a company phone over into my personal phone, but Alan was exceptional in his knowledge of the products, the technology and overcame any challenges that came up in the process. He is an asset to your business. Yesterday, I had the option to seek help from "the other guys" or Alan & Sprint. I definitely chose the right company, store, and assistant manager to assist me with my every need. A great service experience that has earned my dedicated and loyal business. By the end of the call today, the Sprint employee told me that my bill would remain at $86 dollars and that she would not escalate my request/issue any higher, that I would have to deal with it.
Called the store over and over to get information to change services from Verizon to another carrier no one answered, and I let the phone ring each time till it disconnected. My husband talked to someone and he intridged him to give them a chance, but that all went into the air after not being able to reach someone on a business phone during business hours not even a recording smh. Cont. about 6 calls later I had to bump the stars up Andrew totally redeemed the whole review after answering my call and thoroughly explaning everything.
