I've never had a experience with bad customer service with them they are always professional with their customers and I would recommend Aaron's over any furniture store
These people are predators. Stay away!!
RUN from this business! My friend bought an appliance there that was defective (missing a part) and they refused to make it right. When my friend finishes paying for this appliance, he will have paid over 3 times what it is worth. I went to this business to try to help my friend by paying for the appliance. They refused to give me a pay off amount. It seems they would rather repossess and re-sell a defective appliance that accept a cash offer for it.
They gave us a used living room set instead of a new one. It had a cigarette burn where the cup holders are and ripped in the back and foot stool. Never again will we order anything from them due to the fact that we missed a payment and we told thme that something happened and only one person cared up there about what was going on.
I have leased multiple items over the last 7 years. I have always been treated as a VIP, and would recommend Aaron's to anyone. But make sure you can afford what you lease. Thank you goes to all that work at this store for the way I have been treated.
