I haven't shopped there since and don't intend to ever again. Instead of negotiating a fair deal with loyal people who would've been lifelong customers, he chose to be shifty. How many thousands of dollars in future business did they lose? I hope it was worth it.
I'd been a customer for 10 yrs, since my 1st apartment. Yrs ago I bought a LR set. After less than a yr and good care, the 'leather' was coming off in spots. It looked awful.
Nice variety of furniture. Friendly & helpful staff without being pushy. Reasonable payments for those who qualify.
I would not recommend anyone to go to this store. The service is crappy and the furniture is cheaply made. I've had my furniture for a year and it keeps breaking.
My husband and I called the store, the manager said this was happening a lot with that particular model and we could bring it in for an even trade. The new set he offered us was the same price but after a lot of slick talk and misc. charges, we somehiw ended up paying the full price as if we'd traded nothing.
