What really impresses me about this store's staff is their teamwork. Over the past several months I have visited the store probably two dozen times. If my wonderful salesperson, Mrs. Helen Jordan, happens to not be in, everyone else is quick to help me find the information I'm looking for. They are all very kind and make all of my visits pleasant experiences.
I was very impressed on my recent visit to the store. The staff were all attentive and friendly. The overall setup of the show room was easy to navigate and very pleasing to the eye. If you're looking for an excellent selection and great customer service, I highly recommend stopping in!
We recently bought new living room furniture in November and had a wonderful sales rep, but now the production time is terrible. Won’t be delivered till nearly 8 weeks later!
Great staff, even though they didn't have what we were looking for in store they ordered what we were looking for and did not try and push the local stock.
I avoided Ashley for years after a bad experience with a sales rep who treated me very poorly and some false Black Friday advertisements.
