hate it, every time I called them set appointment always get so full of the schedule of time and I called them 4-5 time told me had any cancellation that day I had to wait I called them again if had any same day pick me up for my doctor appointment on the ride cause I called again I miss my ride again the accent country lady on the ringer called speaker say to me " miss your ride about 4 mins ago" I said to her let the bus get me she say "No" answer on the phone she was rude she have no customer service and never speak to the customer say "No" on the phone always apologize to the customer on the phone, the bus schedule really sucks and Dothan need fix the system here, I'm gonna move back to big city
