Needless to say, I'll never call this company again for ANYTHING. Too bad, it was a lot of work for them!
At 1:45, I called to make sure that they were on the way, since I hadn't heard anything from them so far. I was informed that someone had already been by! I had been home all day, and NO ONE came to the door, or called (as they also said that they would do before coming).
As in...none. I called them to set up an appointment for an estimate, and was assured that someone would arrive the next day between 1 and 1:30 pm. I needed quite a bit of work done, mostly plumbing inside, and one bit of electrical.
So the guy says that he'll check on it and hangs up. He calls back about a half hour later saying that someone had been by to check on the outside work, there was no way that they could do it, and that was that. Nobody ever came in to check on the actual plumbing work that I wanted, nobody contacted me, and they refused to send anyone back out!
