They did a great job. We've been in our home for 7 yrs. 2 yrs ago the septic tank was full and when in the shower the water would drain slow. So we called Jones but they only drained it and the water from tge shower continued to drain slow. Today we were hearing air bubbles in the toilets. And pow! Water was coming up out the shower and tub. I called ROTO ROOTER. They said the tank is fine and working good the only problem was that there was a clog to the pipe that goes to the septic tank. My tub and shower drains are draining fast. Thanks guys yall are great. Thank for explaing how it works. Huge

These guys say they are no part of the Rotor Rooter that has a guarantee. They came out and "cleaned" my lines. It started backing up again within s few days and they say they do not have any guarantee nor would they come same day. Needless to say I will not use them again.
This was rather upsetting as I was under the impression he was there to fix the leak and not just tell me what I already knew. But he told me he would call me later that day or in the morning to confirm a start date once the office scheduled it in. Well, that evening went by with no calls and so did the next morning so I decided to call to get an update at 11AM on Friday, April 21st. I spoke to someone at the office and they told me that I would receive a call back shortly with a schedule update. I again waited for a call but no call came so I called yet again at 4PM and got an answering service so I left a message. Shortly after this someone, not the original tech and not the manager, called back just to tell me they had decided to not do the job. I immediately inquired about refunding the $85 they charged me to walk around my house and state the obvious as this should have been applied to the repair. What plumbing company “decides” not to perform plumbing services?? THIS ONE!!! The person they got to call me told me they would check on a refund for me and get right back to me. Well, I guess I will provide an update if that ever happens. As of now, unless you want to be out $85.00 for a tech to come to your home and then tell you they don’t want to fix the issue, then you should AVOID THIS COMPANY!
SCAM WARNING: YOU PAY & THEY LEAVE WITHOUT FIXING YOUR PROBLEM!!! I called Roto-Rooter on April 20, 2017 and explained to them that my water meter was running but that I could not find any visible signs of a leak anywhere. They told me that they could have someone out that afternoon to start working on it and shortly after that a tech did arrive. After explaining the issue again to the tech he simply walked around the inside and outside of the home for a few minutes before stating that he did not see a visible leak either. He then explained that the process would require cutting holes in the drywall and looking for the leak that way. I agreed to start this process and he stepped out to call the office to confirm. He then came back in and told me that he would have to come back next week as there were other jobs in front of mine but that I owed $85 for the visit and that the $85 would be applied to the repair.
