He called in the morning to update his arrival time when he knew he'd be a few minutes late. I much appreciate this consideration. Ed and his fellow plumber Frank are honest professionals that stand behind their work. They cleaned out our main sewer line, installed a new clean-out drain, and replaced a toilet flange, new o-ring and seal. I would not hesitate to contact either of them again to work on my home or a friend's home.
