Me and my fiance have been living here for a little over a year, and it has been an amazing place to live. It's our first place in Alabama since moving from Boston, and it's been one of the most welcoming communities we've ever experienced. The staff takes care of everything you need and are really timely with their responses. The amenities are amazing, especially the dog park, pool and gym. We couldnt have picked a better place to live!
I love Magnolia Preserve! Going on 2 years now and we're actually upgrading from a 2 to a 3 bedroom. The apartments are beautiful, the staff is very friendly (they even remember my name, must be all those packages we get), and it's very quiet. You don't really hear the noise of traffic, you're in a great location, and they do host a lot of events for the residents as well. I feel really safe at this complex and they are very quick to respond if something breaks or a light goes out.
Really love it here. Grounds always kept well with beautiful flowers. The pool is wonderful with a 1ft deep area for chairs you can layout in the water or for your little ones to splash and play. Office Staff, as well as maintenance are always super nice. Love the location! Close to restaurants, movie theater, and shopping.
Magnolia Preserve is the perfect place to live! I would say it is the hidden gem of Dothan. Not only is Magnolia Preserve tucked into a quiet woody area, but the apartments are so high quality! That is why I chose Magnolia Preserve over other local apartments. The staff here is amazing! Every time I submit a service request it is completed the same day and the front desk is prompt to let you know if a package has arrived for you at the clubhouse! Great amenities, great location, great people!

Nice apartments. Friendly staff. Lots of apartment for the price and extremely convenient location! I have had to submit 3 different maintenance requests for an alarm system that's beeping by the master bedroom, keeping me up at night. The last request was cancelled and hasn't been resolved yet. Have also had frequent heating/cooling issues.
