This is the worst Applebee's I have ever been to. The service was horrendous. The waitress took my unfinished plate, without asking, charged us wrong, but instead of adding it to the original ticket, wanted to do a separate charge, wasn't around to get refills, we had to get the bar tender to handle the refills for us. They were doing drink specials to supposedly prove they are also a bar, but the margaritas tasted like lemonade with a splash of tequila, and the mojito I ordered tasted just like the margarita with a slight hint of mint. They are not a competent bar, restaurant, or competently staffed place. We were planning on spending time there eating, and watching the game, and ended up leaving after the appetizers, and luckily before the game even started. They are missing out on a fair bit of business.
It was just ok. Alot of money for what we got. Better food elsewhere wont be back. Plus the waiter waved us down in the parking lot that we were a dollar short after we left him a $10 tip on our 64$ bill for 2 people. We will stick to logans better food and more reasonable priced at that. The drink was good. Loaded baked potato consists of a few bits of bacon and a few strands of cheese and that was it. No sour cream. I ordered the pepper crusted steak with grains again just ok with a end with muscle on it couldn't even cut it. Wrapped it for my dog.
Walked in to try special in huge signs outside. Turns out it ended 5 minutes before so left. U no they were being difficult
When I got my medium 6oz sirloin, it was actually cooked to shoe leather. The server said they would make me a whole new plate with fresh veggies. I ate the veggies I was served and everyone in my party of 6 was completely finished eating by the time they brought my replacement steak. The server said my bill was wrong and he needed to get the steak taken off. What happened was that they had billed me for both steaks and he had to take off the one I'd sent back. So I paid full price for a disaster and ended up leaving most of the second plate on the table because everyone else was ready to leave.
High prices on the food, can get better chicken tenders at the marathon down the road also cheaper too.
That's just bad service all around. No wonder the place was mostly empty.
