My son wanted to go here for dinner for his birthday, which turned into the most awful decision. I worked in the food service industry for 8 years from cook, server, to manager, at multiple restaurants. This is the worst place my family has ever dealt with. 15 minutes before we got drinks, manager made excuses for his wait staff rather than fix the problem, asked for my son's steak to be cut up for him and was told that wouldn't be a problem, didn't get cut up, my wife's steak was nothing but fat and what parts weren't fat weren't cooked rare like she ordered. When the waiter asked if everything was ok, our friend said the steaks weren't cooked right, the waiter actually threw his hands in the air and sarcastically asked what he was supposed to do about it. My other son only took one bite of his burger because it tasted awful. I'm leaving this review right here in hopes that it'll save someone else a horrible dining experience and I'll contacting the district manager.
The restaurant wasn't crowded, so we were seated immediately. Our server was very friendly and took our drink order as soon as we were seated. I ordered the Chipotle Chicken bowl and my son ordered a burger. Based on how empty the restaurant was, it took a bit longer than I expected for our food to arrive. The food was piping hot and very tasty and our server never let our drinks run empty.
I had a friend coming from out of town so we went to Chili's and we had the best server. Her name was Tashi and if you ever get the chance you'll have a privilege of going there and meeting her and a fella named Drew that works there also. Dinner was great the service was even better
The quality of food poor. Server/bartender wasn't sure if he had Heineken in his cooler. Appetizer came after the meal did. Salads had so much dressing that they should have been called soup. NO AVOCADO in the whole restaurant so my salad was incomplete. Three pieces of chicken(small) on salad and one was not completely cooked. Server asked if I would like another beer. Said yes. He never brought it. There was only 1 guy at the bar and a table of 4. They got better service then me and my son. Over-all very poor. Don't recommend this place.
Go somewhere else. We spent over 130 dollars there and what we got was wrong drinks and food so cold that it had to be sent back. It was also so slow I didn't get to eat and they didn't even give me my full meal the first time or the take home time. The pics on here for the fijitas are fake mine never looked like that it had super small shrimp and throwed together like slop. My moms was the coldest hardest saltiest steak and potatoes ever. The appetizers also falling apart not good. We called to complain they sent us 4 five dollar gift cards that'sa friggin joke. This place sucks and is disgusting.
